  • Do I need internet? Does your service need a landline?

    Our alarms do not require internet or landline connections, our main base units operate on multi roaming sim connectivity.

  • What happens when I press my pendant or ask for help on my base unit?

    No – all of our packages are flexible monthly contracts with no fixed terms.

  • Is there a one off installation fee?

    No – we do not have any installation or hidden fees.

  • Will my equipment work if there is a power cut?

    Our base unit is capable running solely off its battery pack for 40 hours. Automatically rechargeable in under 24 hours. Our unit reports low battery at approximately 20% of capacity remaining as well as reporting om missing or non-functional battery pack.

  • How many emergency contacts should I have and do you require a minimum amount?

    We advise that you have between 2 and 5 emergency contacts when completing your customer form.

    If you have fewer than 2 or don’t have any we will still accept your order.

  • Do I pay VAT?

    95% of our customers are VAT exempt. Find out more about VAT exemption.
